Baltimore Design: Community Meeting

Let's create a city where design thrives! And let's do it by making design attainable, by proving its impact, and by uniting people more deeply in Baltimore with each other. AIGA Baltimore is excited to announce our next Community Meeting, and everyone is invited—AIGA members, non-members, designers, non-designers, and beyond. If you have a desire to see our community grow and flourish then we urge you to join us. Whether you're new to the area, new to AIGA, ready to get involved, or just curious about what's going on in the Baltimore creative community, this monthly meeting is a great place to get started. PLUS this month our special guest, Doug Stucky from AIGA National, will be here to mingle and give a brief talk!

This March, AIGA Baltimore invites you to Open Works–a creative center for "makers" to thrive. Open Works provides all the necessary tools, technology, and the knowledge to use them while keeping everything accessible and affordable via membership access to workshops; friendly, expert staff; and classes for youth, adults, and families. To learn more, visit http://www.openworksbmore.com/

You, as an attendee, will also have the opportunity to contribute your ideas to the conversation and connect with other creatives. We want to make sure everyone gets what they want out of these meetings, so please contact us if you have a topic to discuss. Come out to hear what went down at our last meeting and help shape the activities of the upcoming community meetings!

This event is FREE and open to the public, however space is limited (up to 30), so please be courteous to others and plan to attend if you register.

Open Works is in the Station North neighborhood of Baltimore city. Parking is easily accessible in the free Open Works parking lot.
