Join us for a panel with leaders in the field as we discuss the most important industry shifts you need to know as you prepare to get hired in a post-COVID world.

About the Panelists:

Lori Rubeling | Professor at Stevenson University (LinkedIn)

Lori Rubeling has taught at Stevenson University for 25-years. She lectures on design-thinking at Morgan State University. Professor Rubeling is also actively involved in the curation of art and design and human-impact design practices. Her leadership in this area includes a two-year Gallery@ Case[werks] curator residency, as program committee member for the Society of Design Arts, and previously as co-curator for D Center Baltimore’s monthly impact design conversations.

Raksa Yin | VP, Visual Designer at JP Morgan Chase (LinkedIn)

Raksa Yin is a VP, Visual Designer at JP Morgan Chase & Co where he is creating digital products for investment banking. He values creating thoughtful interfaces, designing collaboratively, and delivering user-centric experiences. His previous companies are Deloitte Digital, Huge Inc, and Grafik. His past clients were government agencies, higher education, pharmaceutical, and healthcare brands. He received his Bachelor's in Graphic Design from Corcoran School of Art and Design. Outside of work, he is a Programming Co-Director for AIGA DC and enjoys creative side projects.

Nikki Bracy | Social Media Director at Planit (LinkedIn)

Nikki Bracy is a seasoned integrated marketer and social media director at Planit who specializes in building innovative and effective social strategies for brands of all types, sizes, and phases. She has spent more than ten years developing and leading social strategies and working with creative teams to bring innovative, impactful, and award-winning campaigns to life.

Taylor Woods | Senior Designer at Jones Knowles Ritchie (LinkedIn)

Taylor Woods is a graphic designer and teacher based in New York. After receiving her BFA from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in 2015, Taylor worked at The Wall Street Journal, Comedy Central, Heavy Meta, and Morcos Key. She is currently a Senior Designer at Jones Knowles Ritchie and an Adjunct Professor at the Cooper Union.

Benjamin Guarino | Team Leader, UX Design at Quicken/Rocket Companies (LinkedIn)

Benjamin is the Team Leader of User Experience Design @ Quicken/Rocket Companies. He has worked in the Design industry for over 18 years. With a strong passion for design solutions and innovation, he has worked with many brands, large and small, as well as government, healthcare, and various non-profit organizations. Benjamin is a strong advocate for Accessibility, Inclusivity, and Human-Centered Design.
