Meet the Panelists: The Fearless UX/UI Team
Jordan Watts
Jordan is a designer based in NYC. As lead designer, he provides strategy across Fearless’ portfolio of federal clients, maturing the design practice into a 10 person department of Researchers, Product and User Experience Designers. Previously at the National Aquarium, International Book Bank and Maryland Department of Commerce.
Antoine RJ Wright
A seasoned communicator iterating on the present from a futurist’s perspective — distinctly creating, empowering, and teaching at that intersection. Described as “the Beyoncé of UX” and the “The Grandaddy of Mobile Ministry” at previous stops, Antoine RJ Wright expresses a unique acumen in user experience, service experience design, business strategy, and coaching/mentoring across various fields, leveraging two decades of work experience to shrink the space between ideas & products.
Amanda Mancuso
Amanda fell in love with user experience while studying at UMBC. Her “aha moment” came when realizing she could create a career centered around her passion for people, art, and technology. She believes in a user-centered design process that involves users early and often. Experienced with cross-functional and collaborative teams, Amanda’s expertise in finding creative solutions to difficult problems drives design projects from analysis to completion.
Tyler Bolchoz
Tyler is a Product Designer at Fearless, a Baltimore native software development firm. His passion for building and shipping digital products is a result of his love of applying technology to make the world a better place. Often referred to as a hybrid, Tyler toes line between design and development, working in the codebase to ensure designs are delivered quickly and to a high standard.
Rachel Petrucci
Rachel is an experienced Product Designer at Fearless with a background in visual design and a passion for problem solving. She has supported an array of customers across the Intelligence Community to adopt a more user-centered design approach to building software. She works with cross-functional teams to modernize antiquated tools and processes that tackle some of the IC’s toughest challenges.
Daedriana Harvey
Daedriana is a well-rounded user experience designer for Fearless. She gathers her knowledge of empathy, human factors engineering and art to create practical user experiences. She uses real world solutions to solve complicated challenges for digital environmental and physical products.
Directions & Parking
Fearless is located in Spark Baltimore coworking space: 8 Market Place, Suite 304, Baltimore, MD 21202
On street parking is available around Market, Water, and Gay Streets for an hourly rate, or guests can park in the Pier V parking for $12 with a voucher. Vouchers will be handed out at the event, please make sure to ask for one.
Spark is also accessible by various transit options including metro (Shot Tower stop).
